Sarah True took fourth here in Kona last year in her first time racing on the Big Island. Even though this has been a challenging year for her, the two-time Olympian knows that this race really plays to her strengths.

Sarah Piampiano was an investment banker who worked 100 hours a week when she did her first triathlon as part of a bet with a friend. In 2012 she quit her job and started training under Matt Dixon. This last year she took eleventh in Kona, and this year she is ready to go much faster.
